friendly staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The breakfast options were diverse and nutritious. However, the carpets in the hallways could use a thorough cleaning to match the hotel's otherwise inviting appearance.

Additionally, I attempted to order room service twice and encountered rude staff who clearly didn't want to assist me, cutting me off mid-sentence. The room cleaning service was downright inconsistent, with toiletries not being replenished and the bed poorly made for several days. I expected better from a hotel that claims to be of higher quality.

Had a fantastic stay! The location was clutch, just a short walk to the Museum of Occupation and Old Town. The gym had stunning views of the Gediminas Tower, which was a cool surprise. Plus, I really enjoyed the heated bathroom floor during the chilly weather.

Beds were very comfortable and I loved they had decaf selection and various tea selections. The breakfast was rich and full of variety that everyone could enjoy. I really appreciated the staff as they were eager to help me with my late check out request because of my health issues, and they made me feel cared for right until I left.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but still acceptable for what I got.

The hotel delivered a stylish look with a premium feel! The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything needed. The AC was whisper quiet. I appreciated the variety of plugs by the bed and enjoyed the inner roof garden view while staying in a quiet room. City views added charm! I highly recommend their spacious standard double room.

However, I recommend reserving a parking spot ahead of time.

Just an optimal selection for a quick stop in Vilnius with value for money. The staff went out of their way to help me find my way around. Make sure to ask for directions to local attractions to save time.

oh, what a letdown! the room was sweltering, impossible to cool down even in chilly April. The bathroom was small and orange—not chic at all. and no low-voltage power for my shaver! plus, I woudl ve been so pleased with a complimentary drink to make up for these woes, but clearly, that’s not happening here. I almost considered giving a good review, but just couldn’t.

Just a top selection for a budget stay in Vilnius with incredible value for money. Make sure to check the breakfast options early to avoid long lines.
